Engineering process
Four phases, the same on every project. You sign off each one before the next begins.
We measure the current line: rates, stoppages, people and layout.
Rates, stoppages, layout and the first station to automate.
Layout, equipment list, controls design and expected performance.

Installation, programming and testing against agreed targets.
Factory and site acceptance tests against the agreed targets.
Training, documentation, spares and a maintenance agreement.
Drawings, programs, manuals, spares list and trained operators.
Lines we know.
Asked on
the factory floor.
Can you automate part of a line?
Yes. Most projects start with one station, such as inspection or palletising, and grow from there.
Will it work with our existing machines?
Usually. We connect to existing controllers where possible and add sensors where it is not.
How does it connect to the ERP?
Orders and recipes go down to the line, and counts, downtime and consumption come back to production and stock.
Who maintains it?
We provide spares, scheduled maintenance and support under an agreement.
