Continued use of the service after updates to the terms constitutes acceptance of any modifications. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the platform and terminate your account.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes, refrain from unauthorized or abusive behavior, and promptly notify us of any suspected security breaches or misuse of your account.
Service Availability
At Azzir, we are committed to delivering uninterrupted and reliable ERP system availability to ensure your business operations run smoothly at all times. Our cloud infrastructure is designed for 24/7 uptime, with redundant servers, real-time monitoring, and automated failover mechanisms to minimize downtime.
While we maintain an industry-standard uptime commitment of 99.9%, occasional temporary interruptions may occur for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or unforeseen technical issues. In such cases, we will provide advance notice whenever possible and work swiftly to restore full functionality.
We continuously invest in system resilience and data protection to ensure your ERP environment remains stable, secure, and available around the clock, supporting your operations with minimal disruption.
Intellectual Property
All software components, features, designs, and content within the Azzir ERP ecosystem — including but not limited to source code, interfaces, documentation, graphics, and trademarks — are the exclusive intellectual property of Azzir or its licensed partners, including the open-source ERPNext framework where applicable.
Clients retain full ownership of their data, business information, and configurations stored within the ERP system. However, you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of Azzir’s proprietary modules or integrations without explicit written consent from Azzir.
Use of our platform grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the system for legitimate business purposes only, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Termination of Use
Azzir reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the ERP system in the event of:
Non-payment or overdue subscription fees beyond the grace period.
Violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable law.
Activities that threaten the security, performance, or integrity of the platform.
In cases of non-payment, service access may be temporarily restricted until all outstanding balances are cleared. If payment remains unresolved after repeated notifications, your account may be permanently deactivated, and data access will be suspended in accordance with our data retention policy.
We value transparency and fairness — prior to any termination, clients will receive clear communication and reasonable notice, except in cases involving illegal or malicious activity where immediate suspension is required.
